Veld
The overall leader of the Turks. Veld is directly responsible to President Shinra, and is the one that disseminates orders through Tseng to his other subordinates. He is the one who shaped the Turks into what they are today – a highly efficient team with a strong goal system – failure is not an option with him. Veld has been involved in some notorious Shinra operations, including the burning of Kalm and the Nibelheim coverup after the Sephiroth incident.
