ScarletShinRa's head of Weapons Development, Scarlet is a very driven woman who will use any means to achieve her ends. She cares little for the smaller details, and likes to see things in terms of the bigger picture; sacrificing a few men to get good results doesn't bother her. She heads the manhunt for Veld and Elfe when President Shinra orders her to find and kill them.
